Obama’s Health Care Bill is Illegal – 40 States’ Attorneys General Agree

Written by Figueroa Slim on March 23rd, 2010

40 of the 50 United States’ Attorneys General are suing the federal government based on the new “health care” bill passed this week.  Here’s the crux:

Obama’s health care bill REQUIRES all Americans to buy health insurance.  This isn’t paying your income taxes or choosing to get a driver’s license and insurance.  This is a requirement for every American to buy a commodity from a private company.

It’s unconstitutional.  There’s no other way to put it.  The Constitution of the United States of America does not allow the federal government to require private citizens to buy private health insurance.  It’s a cut and dry issue.  It has nothing to do with these states wanting to stop people from getting health care.  Many of these states have Democrats as AGs, and they’re still suing because it’s ILLEGAL.

Welcome to Obamacare.
