Barack Obama’s “health care” bill added $300 million in pork spending for Louisiana’s Medicaid system.  This once again shifted all Medicaid payments for Louisiana residents to Americans from other states who weren’t lucky enough to be bribed.  Senator Mary Landrieu, D-Louisiana, was the recipient of this payoff.
